Refund policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your products you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund of the item (excluding postage).

This excludes personalised items, unless these are faulty upon arrival.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the item being dispatched.

I cannot refund or exchange used or damaged products.
